KIRSTY DUFFIELD

Kirsty has been very sucessful in the industry gaining many titles including:

IBFA British Athletic winner 2018
NABBA UK Athletic winner 2019
FitX Liverpool figure winner 2021
18 wins out of 23 shows with 2x overall winner between 2017 and 2021.

Competing since 2016, but have been working in fitness industry as a tutor for personal training qualifications since 2013 giving knowledge of the industry and background in training.
Since the age of 8 to 18 I danced and competed on stage so am used to being on the stage and having stage presence and this along with a good mind muscle connection gives me a good posing ability.
Having a good eye for shape and detail is aided by a dance back ground to be able to recognise a good/symmetrical silhouette.
Currently I work alongside my coach as his captain to perfect the teams posing and give a second eye on shape and physique on its preparation for stage.

All of these qualities and skills give me the ability to be able to also judge others physiques.
